The new Nokia N8 with Simbian 3 OS is expected to be released this summer. But there are a lot of reviews over the Internet and many critics predict this will be another big fail (I remember they told the same about the Apple iPad).

Are you ready to get an iPad?

Why are Apple products so popular? Is it only the result of successful marketing strategy or the products like iPod and iPhone are really worth the price we pay? Are their quality so different from the non-Apple analogs? Or the thing is that this products are DIFFERENT and TRENDY. We seem to got the answer when the iPad was announced.

It is introduced by Apple as a revolutionary product at a low price. BTW, the price is from $500. You can buy netbook, or e-book reader, or touch-screen phone at the lower price. The most of bloggers were skeptical about the new Apple product and nobody was waiting for success (except the Apple managers and fans =))
However, against all the predictions the result is:
April 5, 2010—Apple® today announced that it sold over 300,000 iPads in the US as of midnight Saturday, April 3. These sales included deliveries of pre-ordered iPads to customers, deliveries to channel partners and sales at Apple Retail Stores. Apple also announced that iPad users downloaded over one million apps from Apple’s App Store and over 250,000 ebooks from its iBookstore during the first day.
